The waiver, which focuses on 15 miles of contiguous land stretching eastward from the Pacific Ocean, would make it more convenient for the agency to embark on these "infrastructure tasks" — which consist of constructing a couple of prototypes of the border wall President Trump known as for in a January executive motion. The company also plans to change some sections of the fence that currently stands within the area.
