The Electoral Commission said: "Ed Stone receipts now received. We’re investigating Labour over what happened."
The receipts, which have now been submitted, show the monolith, unveiled by Mr Miliband in a car park in Hastings, was made by a company called “stoneCIRCLE”.

Labour could face a fine over its failure to file the receipts.
The stone was ridiculed after its unveiling by senior figures from across the political spectrum.
Michael Dugher, the former shadow transport secretary, called the stone a “balls-up ... a 12ft, granite, marble, cock-up” and Simon Blackwell, creator of the political satire The Thick of It, suggested at the time that it was beyond parody"
